Great ways to try out LEMON

Cleansing drinking water: I add 2 drops to a large glass or stainless water bottle. The limonene is very cleansing at the cellular level and this also is a more alkaline way to integrate lemon so it doesn’t damage tooth enamel

All Purpose Cleaner: To a glass spray bottle, fill with 1/2c vinegar + 1/2c water + 15 drops lemon.

Produce Wash: fill a basin with 1 tsp plain castile soap + 3 drops lemon + water. Soak produce for 10 min.

Seasonal Allergies: add 1 drop lemon along with 1 drop of peppermint + lavender to a shot glass of water and chug it back.

Lemon is nature’s ‘goo gone’: Add a drop of it to remove sticker adhesives (like labels on picture frames or jars), sticky gum and to remove marker stains! Add a drop of lemon to a bowl of water and soak jewelry + rings and they will come out sparkling!

Safety tip: Because lemon is a citrus oil, be careful not to apply topically to your skin before going out in the sun, as it will make you more sensitive.

To Cool a Warm Body: add 1-2 drops to a little coconut oil in your hands and massage into back of neck/down spine.

For Head Tension: Massage 1 drop into each temple and along forehead.

For an Instant Energiser: Add 1 drop to your hand, rub hands together, cup your nose and breathe in for 4 counts, out for 6, repeat three times. On the last breath open your mouth to get an extra burst of flavor and energy.

Oil Pulling: add 1 drop to one teaspoon of coconut oil and swish for 20 minutes.

Relaxing Bath Soak: To your bath water add 5 drops to a little almond oil & 1 cup of plain Epsom salts.

Skin Calming: Add 1 drop directly to bug bites or bee stings. For a lotion you want to add two drops to two teaspoons of liquid coconut oil and apply to skin rashes or sun burn, or just as your body moisturiser.

Deeper Sleep: apply one drop to a cotton ball pad and place inside your pillow-case on the under-side. Add 3 drops to your diffuser half an hour before bed.

Option 1:
When you open up your dōTERRA account, select "Wellness Advocate"
You would be the one enrolling people in dōTERRA and would earn 20% commision each time.
With this option you would place a 100pv personal order each month and would likely have an interst in growing your dōTERRA business.
Twice a year we offer you a 4-week Launch Your Biz Program to teach you the basics of growing this business.
We make it super simple so you do not have to be an essential oil expert.
When you enroll people you can plug them into everything we offer customers on our team so that all you need to do is share the oils.
Option 2:
If you would simply like to share the oils and refer your customers to me to take care of then I will split the commission with you!
